It’s December already and with it has begun my winter skin regime. Well, not that I have much of a regime really except for applying a good cream that is. Nevertheless, during winters I tend to apply more cream and moisturiser than usual because dryness of the skin is something that makes me totally uncomfortable. And who likes being uncomfortable, right?
I’m actually very particular about what I apply on my skin. I don’t experiment much and don’t use too many brands as well. My skin moisturising regime only inclues one cream and I’m happy with it being that way.
Well, speaking of creams, there is a trusted brand in this arena called Banjara and I was sent two of their products for review. A leading herbal products brand, Banjara has been growing steadily since 1993. So, let’s talk about its products today.

About the product
Suitable for all skin types whether dry, normal, oily or combination, this can not only be used in Winter but all year round.
Made up of pomegranate extract, it accelerates the skin repair process. Pomegranate extracts are known to protect the skin from ageing rapidly and that also helps in retaining the firmness of your skin.
Apart from that, it has Olive Oil, Wheat germ Oil and Provitamin B5. All these act together to restore and moisturise skin keeping it hydrated.
It also has SPF 15 and PA++ which protects your skin from harmful Ultraviolet rays.
In short, Banjara’s Skin +ve repairs, hydrates and protects your skin making it three times more effective than ordinary creams.
What I liked:
- The scent.
- Lightweight – Can be carried in a purse.
- Easy to use packaging.
- Light.
- Doesn’t becomes sticky.
- Affordable.
- Good Consistency.
- Good Ingredients.
- UV Protection.
This cream also clears marks and under eye pigmentation but I haven’t been able to test that.
I was also sent their body lotion and it also has more or less the same advantages as the cream.
Please bear in mind, I have used these products only for a few days and not extensively. So, this review is only based on that. Do test the cream on your skin for complete results and also bear in mind product behaviour might vary from person to person.
All in all, I would say you could definitely give these a try.
