We all have dreams. For some, the dream is to own a home while for others it is to go on a holiday. For some, it is to save enough for children’s education while for others it could be wealth creation. But do you know what is common to all these dreams? Investment. Yes, investing in the right schemes to ensure that every wish whether home, wealth, retirement, child education, car or holiday, is carefully planned and provided for by us to our children.

There is actually a very good initiative called #AChanceToFly by Birla Sun Life which I chanced upon recently. Simple and effective, it is designed and executed solely with the intention of spreading smiles in the faces of innocent and less fortunate children. And the best part is it doesn’t even involve much. All that you need to do is – tweet with the hashtag #AChanceToFly. And when the number of tweets fills the balloon outline here, many, many children will get a hot air balloon ride. See, it costs nothing at all but brings joy to underprivileged children. Let’s them fly with joy both literally and figuratively. Isn’t that more precious than so many other things we indulge in?
There are people for whom day to day life in itself is a struggle for survival. For them, planning for the future becomes difficult with an uncertain present to first take care of. The poor, needy and orphan children, for example, who face so many hardships at a time when innocent laughter should be their only companion. It is for them that #AChanceToFly has been designed. It’s a wonderful initiative, to say the least after all, what can me more precious than seeing children smile? And you can easily be one of the reasons behind that.
Once you have done this for these innocent children, spread the joy in your family too. The bottom line is when your own life is secured and planned for you can look around and do something for others as well.
