Far away a glimmer of hope,

Or a mirage harsh?
Hope! Is it there for real?
Tomorrow at dawn
A new day begins,
A change awaits real.
But I like the old,
Peaceful in the set pattern.
Then why risk bliss known?
Always sheltered, always cared for,
Know not another world.
And maybe don’t want to ever either!
Hope and fear
Engaged in a fierce battle,
Still I wait for Thee, His miracles real!
